Our Villa

We wanted our American villa to be welcoming and relaxing with all the comforts of home, and have put in many extras to achieve this. The main areas have high cathedral ceilings which give the feeling of grandeur. The Sitting room has a large Cable TV, VCR and a Music Centre. As well as the air-conditioning there is a remote control ceiling fan for those very hot Floridian days. The separate Dining area has an impressive wall to wall mirror.

The villa has two master en-suites, ideal for two families. The first Master suite has a King size bed, a large walk in shower and a corner bath. The second Master suite has a Queen size bed, and en-suite bathroom. Both Master suites are equipped with Cable TV's, clock radio alarms, upgraded mattresses, ceiling fans and hair dryers. There are also two separate twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have large wardrobes. Bathroom floors are tiled as is the rear hallway which has a door leading to the pool. All doors and windows leading to the pool are alarmed for the safety of children. Towels are provided including pool towels. The pool decking has been extended to the width of the villa to take full advantage of those sunbathing opportunities with sun loungers and foot stools. If it is too hot there is a large lanai to escape the sun. The patio has a large table and six chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

Our villa is one of only two on the development which has a larger kitchen area and an extended garage. The entrance and kitchen floor are fully tiled. The kitchen has a dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, and is fully equipped to cater for up to 10 people to make any time spent there as pleasurable as possible. It has an attractive nook with a table and 6 chairs. There is also a washing machine, dryer and pull out washing line in the garage. Pool heat is available upon request. There is also for your peace of mind a floor safe and security alarm at the villa.
For our smaller guests we supply a full size cot with bedding, high chair and stroller.

We regret no smoking or pets. All extras supplied at the villa are at no extra cost.
